There is an interesting topic at this blog about what is seamless. I liked the comment of Jeff Greco: "Simple, logical, well thought out – nothing arbitrary, it ‘just works.’."

I believe 'seamless' is extremely important in our business and for me the most relevant definition of seamless is that people being able to make a hassle free, affordable phone call; 

• which means that people being able to call their friends, families, colleagues abroad from their cell phones like they are calling their neighbors in town, without using any additional number,
• which means that opening automatic trouble tickets for the problematic destinations almost real time after the call failed and letting the customer know about this rather than waiting the customer to call the customer service, 

these are the things that will change the whole prepaid market, and again we are proud that Tel3 is again the one that is leading all these new developments.

I'd like to introduce you the new Agent Blog for Tel3 Advantage. It has been an exciting year so far and I believe this place will be very helpful for all of us to communicate real time and share the experience with others.

TEL3Advantage TV Commercial

Due to the need to make improvement to the agent back office and make sure our agents are up to date with the latest marketing tools we have added some new features to the agent back office. Tel3 Advantage is happy to introduce our first ever TEL3Advantage Commercial to our agents. This commercial was produced as a marketing tool giving our agents the opportunity to change from their every day forms of advertising and promote the TEL3Advantage brand to a greater audience.  Agent can now see the commercial in their agent back office and have the opportunity to contact Agent Relations and inquire about marketing or personalizing the commercial. 

New Marketing Materials

In the New Agent Back office Agent will now have access to professionally designed power point presentations.  The power point presentations will allow our agents the access of targeting different markets in the form of offline marketing.  The realtor power point presentation will help our agents target realtors and show them why becoming agent of TEL3Advantage will not only increase their revenue but can also take some of the strain away from having to deal with costly advertising.  Realtors are ideal candidates because most of them already have some sort of advertising medium they provide.  So by adding the TEL3Advantage name to their current advertising it can be profitable for our agents as well as the realtors.

The wireless dealer presentation is designed to educate wireless store dealers on just how easy it can be for the dealers to increase their annual revenue by up to 40 percent just by advising their current customer base on the simplicity of the TEL3Advantage Flex Plan and how it can be very beneficial for their customers.  With this Power Point Presentation our agents have the ability to take their earning potential to the next level.

Agent will also be provided with an Agent Program power point presentation, which will allow our agent to visit different establishments, (restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores)

And show them the advantages of signing up as a TEL3Advantage agent.
