There is an interesting topic at this blog about what is seamless. I liked the comment of Jeff Greco: "Simple, logical, well thought out – nothing arbitrary, it ‘just works.’."
I believe 'seamless' is extremely important in our business and for me the most relevant definition of seamless is that people being able to make a hassle free, affordable phone call;
- which means that people being able to call their friends, families, colleagues abroad from their cell phones like they are calling their neighbors in town, without using any additional number,
- which means that opening automatic trouble tickets for the problematic destinations almost real time after the call failed and letting the customer know about this rather than waiting the customer to call the customer service,
these are the things that will change the whole prepaid market, and again we are proud that Tel3 is again the one that is leading all these new developments.
