Performance Based

If you don't measure it, you can't manage.

It seems obvious, but believe me it is so true and forgotten most of the time as well. When you look into the successful companies, individuals, you will see a clear vision with clear goals and performance based management style.

We implemented in our company an internal scorecard system recently, and now each individual within the organization has a better idea of how its performance will effect the company, and which key indicators to concentrate on to improve the value of the company and its department.

We appreciate the better performers and give more incentives to these individuals while giving all the tools to others to empower them with the responsibilities and it pays off eventually.

We want customers who spend more, we want agents/affiliates who bring more customers, we want employees who execute and manage better, so it is the performance based management style, platform that we need, in order to get the most synergies out of this equation. We are developing one.
