In his comment to my previous post Bob Graham reminded me an important issue about how you will customize the new Tel3Advantage Mobile web site.

The web site has more content than the landing pages. Customers will be able to navigate the web site to learn more about Tel3Advantage Flex Plan  and its features and benefits. As in the landing pages, customers can also download the free software first.

Introducing the New Agent Recruitment Promotion

Starting April 1st agents can earn up to 5 times more based on the performance of any new downline agents. This is a special limited time promotion being offered for three months starting April 1st thru June 30th.

How Does the New Agent Promotion Work?

It’s simple!  First go and recruit new downline agents, then over the promotion period you will get an extra bonus whenever any of your new downline agents brings 10 signups or more per month.

New Agent’s Eligibility Period

Any agent that brings a new downline agent that signed up between April 1st through the end of June will be eligible for this promotion.

For Example:

You sign up a couple new agents in April. If your new agent brings more than 10 customers in May then you will receive your bonus at the end of May. You may get an extra one time bonus for each of your new downline agents customer sign ups during the promotion period.

Nothing can beat insight about customer experience!

I like to share some of the feedbacks of our customers with you. Since last week, we started doing site survey for Tel3 Advantage to ask three simple but very effective questions:

  1. What is the purpose of your visit to our website today?
  2. Were you able to complete your task today?
  3. If you were not able to complete your task today, why not? (open ended question)

The results are really powerful, you can find out the task completion rate which is as important as the conversion rate to measure the effectiveness of our website. It may be early to discuss the numbers because we do not have statistically significant data, but still the first impression is very good: 88% task completion rate and 70% satisfaction ratio (this survey is done for both potential and existing customers). The beautiful thing about this survey is two folds, first to see the trend over time, how the rates are moving, positive or negative, second more importantly to get the customer insight first hand with the open ended question. We received some login complaints from our existing customers which we fixed immediately, plus some comments about not being able to navigate very easily on some pages. These kind of honest and productive feedbacks help us a lot!
