All New Tel3 Mobile
New Tel3 Mobile Plan is live. The website is updated with all the new features and the pricing. At the same time, we also updated Tel3 Advantage and Tel3 Mobile website lay-out to make it consistent with Tel3 Business Plan which is very simple and clear.
As you know the main reason of introducing the Tel3 Mobile Plan was to tap into smart phone market with a strong product and attractive commission plan. The smart phone market continues to grow substantially and provides a significant opportunity to our Agent Program.
Tel3 Mobile Plan will have all the same great standard features of Flex Plan plus many additional benefits and features unique to cell phone users:
- Free Smartplug software to users: Smartplug will be available only to Tel3 Mobile users starting beginning of November, in the meantime we will offer promotions to our existing smartplug users to switch to Tel3 Mobile Plan. Customers will be able to switch plans in their back office if they want to and for agents, the recharge commission is the same so no change in commission structure.
- Premium Quality: We will have better quality carriers dedicated for this plan in order to have tier1 quality because for cell phone users and business users it is vital to have utmost quality all the time regardless of the price. None of the calling card companies could do this with the existing competitive rates hence we increased the rates slightly in order to accommodate much higher quality so that we will be able to compete against wireless operators and incumbent telecom companies where you can still save up to 60-70% on your bill compared to them.
- SMS service: Customers will be able to send text messages to Tel3 and learn their balance, be able to change their recharge mode etc.
- Auto-credits with i.Platform: As you know, we started issuing auto-credits to MVP customers for Flex plan. Our intelligent platform identifies the issues and escalates them automatically to underlying service providers and gives 3 minutes worth of talk time credit to the customers. We implemented this service to all Tel3 Mobile customers which shows our commitment on the high quality.
Next projects are
- We started working on the marketing materials for retail stores and will provide you the "Welcome Package" for wireless dealers once they sign-up with you.
- We are also developing a "Free Trial" product for your customers where the potential customers will be able to get 100 Free Minutes (to landlines) once they provide their email and phone numbers. (20 minutes for cell phones). We will not ask any credit card information and also provide the Smartplug software free as well upon request. Once the customer activates the account, the agent who brought the lead to Tel3 will get the same commission as you get when you bring a new sign-up and it will count on your monthly quota.
