As Seth Godin points out now there is big uncertainty in the economy however we cannot control it and all we can do is focus on what matters and continue building value for the customers.
Couple answers for the questions you might have:
- Yes, we will keep track of the promo code, and once a customer requests the free trial with your promo code, you will get the credit if he activates his account after the trial. If a customer is coming from your website, we will not even ask the promo code, because we will carry it over and add it to the database automatically.

- this is mainly a free trial for Tel3Mobile, but the customers can choose Flex plan during activation as they wish.
- No commitment, or credit card required from the potential customer. How it works is that once you provide your cell phone number, we will send an SMS message to your cell phone to verify. Once it is replied with "OK", so that we make sure the phone is verified, the free trial account will be ready.
- We will follow up with couple emails and text messages to remind the user to activate her account during the trial period which is two weeks.
- During the free trial, the users will have access to back office (on a limited version). The back office is designed to give more information to the user and have her activate the account.
- To provide more incentives to the user, we will still offer the same free minutes on the activation.
