In an effort to improve the efficiency of our customer service department and provide a higher level of quality to our customers, Tel3Advantage will no longer outsource customer service calls to Mexico. Instead all customer service calls will now be handled in our Miami office. Due to the limited amount of calls received during the overnight hours the hours of operation for customer service will be from 7:00A.M.-12:00A.M. EST, so please update the information on your websites accordingly.
