How to convert 4x better with your Campaign?
I wanted to share couple insights with you that we see when analyzing the web trends.
- About 2/3 of all referral traffic is landing to our homepage.
- The conversion on the new country landing pages that we created are on average 4 times better than the conversion on the homepage.
You would expect to have a better conversion on the country landing pages, but this much difference makes it a whole new ball game. It means two things;
- Targeting niche segments works (like targeting only Peruvians, Australians etc rather than all international callers)
- New micro sites that we designed for country landing pages are much more effective than our older country landing pages.
Let me briefly summarize what is new with these micro sites;
- The whole structure of the country landing pages have changed in order to create micro websites to give a special tool to you. No distraction to send targeted customers to homepage but instead we give the whole information in one micro website, very specific and to the point. For detailed information FAQs are available on the page along with the dedicated 800# for people who wants to call.
- The layout is completely new, our creative design & development team used layers, transitions, many effects to make the site attractive, faster to navigate and very clear/crisp for end-users.
- SEO friendly landing page optimized for best results in search engines (keywords, meta tags, content, headers, alt tags all are optimized for SEO)
- Rates to be retrieved automatically from the system so there is no problem of out-dated rates, it will be live feed. The default rate is always the relevant country, in all places.
- Same thing with the free minutes amount which is calculated based on the minimum rate for the particular country or the region that is selected on the drop down menu
- We added the 30 second TV ad here as well (the generic one), it will give a brief presentation of tel3 as well to customers.
Furthermore, in order to complete the sales experienced, we also changed the signup page accordingly.
- the header is very similar to keep the same scent on the landing page.
- the default rate and the free minute information is taken from the proper rate of the relevant country.
- Since we took out the header, we added your dynamic promo-code just next to your dedicated 800# in the same box to make it easy to be found.
- we added many testimonials on the sign up page to enhance the credibility of the company. The testimonials will transition every 15 seconds that is long enough not to distract people but also short enough to take some attention.
- We highlighted the free minutes amount when the denomination is selected on the purchase amount drop down. It is also customized based on the country selected on the rate drop down.
