May is one of the most important months in Telecom as we all know and it is a very good time to focus on search marketing because we will help you earn more bucks on every dollar you spend this month.
Deidre introduced the agent promotion (May Madness) in her previous post. The main goal of this promotion is that you will earn on average about 30% extra on every dollar you spend during May as long as you meet the threshold.
We know, that the success of the campaigns lie mainly on the product offering to customers, so as we did last year, we are also introducing "Double the Free Minute" for the customers for 10 days, because we know, there was about 20-25% increase in conversion with this campaign. However, we wanted to give you alternatives so that you can test which campaign would work better, double free minutes or triple promotion. Do not forget the new free trial offer as well. We will customize the landing pages with Mother's Day messages so you can test each one and continue with the offer that converts better. Most of you had a very good success with Triple pages, so it is a very good time to see which offer beats which.
Third aspect is the existing customers. We are working on a diligent study now with three goals in mind to have a very positive leverage and impact again as we had in April. First goal is again to show our appreciation to our most valued and long term customers, second goal is to give our users some incentive to increase the usage of some of our very valuable features (that are not commonly known to all) and third one is reach out lost customers to bring them back. This campaign will help you increase your recharge commissions and eventually your return on your acquisition campaigns.
