Exceeded 2,000 downloads for Tel3Dialer App
Last week, we exceeded 2K downloads for our iPhone app. Not bad for such a short time; it has been only one month since we launched this on iTunes and we are already within 10% of all apps on iTunes in terms of activity.
We continue developing the next versions, actually, the version 1.1 will be available in shortly. Based on our survey with our customers, we got very good feedback regarding the app, and identified what they like and what they don't.
Next version will include the followings, it is not a major upgrade but still fixes some of the concerns/issues we face on the first version:
- Change in Call rule - all calls will be sent through Tel3 platform not just the ones starts with (011) or (+) to make it easier for the user.
- Improved help section for more information about the app
- Improved call history section
- Added Customer Service button for immediate questions/help
- “+” is accessible as a separate button instead of holding down the “0” button
The major change will be on the third phase which is already planned, stay tuned for the updates.
