We asked our customers what they thought of the service they received from our customer service department and the results are as follows:
This information will be used to track the progress of our many improvements and to measure how making these necessary improvements influence our customers. The results show that in almost all topics, we got an approximate 70%+ approval rate from our customers, however we will continue improving our level of service. Tel3 is currently working on increasing capacity for our 800 Customer Service line.
