Information on sign-up bonuses (and other promotions) should be made availabe to agents at least 3 weeks in advance. This will enable agents to prepare and post advertisements, etc.

Thanks for your comments Ms.PZ. We are very considerate in making sure our agents have enough time to prepare for upcoming promotions. This is why we sent the Labor Day Sign Up promotion email almost three weeks before the launch date. Please be aware that some of the promotions are discount promotions for existing customers and may only last for a short period of time.. We still inform the agents in advance but these promotions are created for the customer satisfaction, not to recruit new customers like Double Free Minute Sign Up Promotions.
