As we approach the end of the year, we’d like to thank our dedicated agents who have been able to persevere through the difficult times.  Throughout this past year we have worked diligently listening to your wants and needs, while providing you with the opportunity to prosper and grow with a company that is expanding and reaching new heights. Agent Holiday Contest

Beginning December 1^st all agents will have the opportunity to compete in the Agent Holiday Signup Contest. The agent who brings in the most signups for the month of December will receive a $2000 prize followed by a $1000 prize for second place and a $500 prize for 3^rd place. All active TEL3Advantage agents are able to compete.  Prizes will be handed out in the first week of January to the winners, and the names will be announced in the Agent Blog.

Printing Company Update

TEL3Advantage has finalized an agreement with Tolsek Printing Corp that will surely be advantageous for our agents. Agents now have the ability to have their custom printing material ordered directly from their agent back office. Agents can decide on everything from how many copies they are requesting to which form of delivery they prefer.  All marketing material in your agent back office such as fliers, banners, and business cards are available for printing. Agents can make their request from a very reputable printing company with competitive prices designated exclusively for TEL3Advantage Agents.

Ethnic Events

TEL3Advantage will provide our agents with a comprehensive online directory of over 1000 Ethnic Event listings. Ethnicevents.com is the best place for you to find over 30 specific ethnic markets and learn the most effective ways to reach them. From the vibrant Chinese New Year Celebrations in New York to the Cinco de Mayo festivities in California, to the nationwide commemorative events of African-American month, this website gives you everything you need to connect successfully with a particular market.

Thanksgiving Promotion Success

Hard work, dedication, and increased advertising throughout our Thanksgiving Signup Promotion proved to be a big success.  Customer signup numbers increased by a significant 40% compared to signups made the previous week. We ask that you continue to bring your will, drive, and know-how to make every promotion a success. Don’t forget, the December Signup Promotion is right around the corner.

New Video Tutorials

TEL3Advantage will have new video tutorials available on our website. Potential agents will have the opportunity to follow along as we walk them through basic functions such as signing up as an agent or why they should join the agent program.  Potential customers visiting our site will also be able to view tutorials showing them how to complete the signup process, explaining the customer back office features, instructing how to report quality problems, etc.

Tips to Creating Successful PPC Conversion

1. Choose the most effective and relevant keywords for your site -By researching your industry’s most targeted keywords you will find what keywords are important to your targeted audience and therefore most important to use on your site. This will help you eliminate waste words and increase your chances of conversions.
2. Grab the attention of your readers- For ad copy to convert readers into buyers you must first grab the reader’s attention and call out to the reader.  It is important to emphasize the benefits the reader will receive by purchasing your product. If you have any special offers available make sure this information is highly visible to the readers. It is very important that your landing page is full of action-oriented words such as a “Sign Up” button, or a “More Information” link or phone number. Site level conversions are supported when the add discusses the keyword that originally brought the customer to your site. Delivering your visitors to the absolute most relevant content will dramatically increase your conversions.
3. Track your conversions- By tracking your conversions you will be able to measure the success of your advertising campaigns. It is important that you are able to determine the costs, unwanted visitors, negative keywords, and the return on your investments. If your campaign is optimized correctly, the return will justify the spending.
